Take a kadhai, add ghee/oil followed by the whole garam masalas. Add the sliced onions and fry till golden brown.
Add the ginger garlic paste followed by the powdered masalas. add the kheema and salt and cook till almost done.
While this is cooking, par boil the rice. Add curd to the kheema and cook further till it leaves oil.
Now layer the strained rice on the kheema. Sprinkle little ghee on top, coriander leaves and fried onions.
Close the lid and cook on low flame for just 15 minutes. Serve.
